When I met my husband years ago, he had never eaten asparagus. Unless the burger came with lettuce and tomato (which he would take off and leave on the side of the plate), that was the only color that would be included in his diet. His food fell into the beige/brown category. His fruit and vegetable consumption was very low to say the least.
