		<description>Yummy! for some reason my pan burnt the bottom of the loaf but it was delicious.  I also used raisins instead of currants, perfect for tonight&#039;s corned beef and cabbage meal (and tomorrow&#039;s breakfast :-)</description>

(I don&#039;t know that I have any parchment...wax paper won&#039;t work though, right?).
