A few days ago, my son asked me to make him chocolate pudding. He never comes out and asks me to make him anything so I happily obliged. The thing is, I have never made pudding before. Or ever eaten it for that matter. Turns out, it is really easy to make and delicious to boot. And a huge hit with the 6 and under crowd. I used milk chocolate to make this and I used Guittard chocolate. I know that it is important to use quality ingredients, and in this case, it is really important as the chocolate is the star of the show. I am sure that it will taste good with regular chocolate chips, but when you use a quality chocolate it will blow you away.

Step 8:

This plastic wrap is the best out there. It doesn’t bunch up and rip like normal plastic wrap. I love it.
