Here are a few recipes that I have posted around the Internets lately. First up, my Chocolate Chip Cookie Bowls that I posted for Go Bold With Butter. I made a traditional chocolate chip cookie and baked it into a bowl shape. You can use a ramekin, mini pie pan, or even a muffin tin to bake them in. After the cookie cooled, the center hollowed and made the perfect vehicle for ice cream and my mom’s Magic Shell. Kids and adults alike will swoon for these.
These bars blew my mind. They were incredibly easy, and so, so, good. I love anything lemon as you all know, these Lemon and Blackberry Crumb Bars are going to be your new favorite cookie recipe. You can swap out regular lemon for Meyer lemon and you can also change out the fruit to raspberries or whatever you like.
This Vanilla Bean and Raspberry Tart looks really fancy. A secret? It is not. At all. The shortbread crust is a cinch to make. And the filling? Can you whip stuff up? Then you are golden. Use fruit that is in season, and you have a new dessert every time you make it. And seriously, how impressed are your friends and family going to be when you show up with this baby?
I really do not like to fry anything in my house. I do it once a year. After I made these Fried Pickles with Ranch Dip for Betty, I may bend my own rule. These are insane. I made them and they disappeared in about 30 seconds. Crispy, crunchy, and full of flavor. And addicting. You have been warned.
Who says that popsicles are just for kids? Not me. I say that boozy ones are right up my alley. These Coconut Lime Pops for Grown Ups are refreshing and a perfect treat after a long, hot day. Buy yourself some popsicle molds and get busy turning your favorite summer drinks into popsicles. It is a game-changer my friends.

I am Bree. I love to cook. Even more than I love to take pictures.

I just LOVE the look of the raspberry tart, and raspberries are one of my husband’s favorite things! I looked at the recipe. Can I substitute lemon juice for the limoncello? Or something else? Thanks!!
Thank you Jimi! Yes, you could use juice, but I would not use as much.
