Hello Monday. I don’t know about you, but this weekend was just about perfect. The windows were open, we were outside playing, and it feels like spring is near. I hope that it was just as beautiful where you live.

The recipe looks good, although I’ve got a dairy free child. Maybe some almond milk… The weather here has been cold and rainy all weekend into today. I wish I was where you are!
