smores bar recipeIt is Valentine’s Eve and I have had some of the most epic kitchen fails of my life today. Let’s just say they involve burnt popcorn, exploding mixers, and strawberry puree on my ceiling. I am going to call it a night, and hope that tomorrow is a better cooking experience. I wanted to wish you a very Happy Valentine’s Day, and leave you with a very simple, fail-proof (God willing) recipe. I made these for my son’s class for his birthday (thank goodness he asked for something other than a cupcake, it was nice to make something easy for a change) and the 2nd grade class asked me to make them for an upcoming class party. The highest compliment from a group of 8 year olds.

1 (12-ounce) box Golden Grahams
