This buffalo blue cheese dip is the perfect way for me to get the flavor that I love without having to take a shower after eating it
My husband’s favorite food is buffalo wings. If there is something “buffalo” style on a menu, you can bet that is what he will order. I, on the other hand, do not really like wings. I like the flavor combination of hot sauce and blue cheese, but I really do not like to eat greasy wings. This buffalo blue cheese dip is the perfect way for me to get the flavor that I love without having to take a shower after eating it. This dip is so easy, you can make it a couple of days before you want to serve it, and it only gets better.

FAQ
Blue cheese dip can be kept in the refrigerator for several days. I usually put it in an airtight container and stored in the coldest part of the refrigerator. Make sure to cover it fully covered to prevent it from drying out.
Like most things, it is ok as long as you are having some in moderation! It is a good source of protein and calcium. It also contains beneficial bacteria that can help with digestion. However, blue cheese is also high in fat and sodium.
When you live outside of your home country for a period of time, you really appreciate the little things, like our holidays. Thanksgiving and the 4th are very strange when you are in a country that does not celebrate these holidays. Why would they? They are quintessentially American holidays. 4th of July is one of my absolute favorite holidays. I love everything about it. Celebrating our country, picnics, fireworks. This year, we will be celebrating on base. I am not sure what that will entail. But I can bet that it will include a grill, some kids on bikes, fireworks, new friends, and certainly a blue cheese dip!
