Slow Cooker Smoky Chicken Chili is a winner. Please don’t be intimidated by the ingredient list. It might look on the long-ish side, but it is mostly spices. This recipe is great for cleaning out the spice cabinet. This chili is low on the effort scale, high on the deep, developed flavor. So, so good. I’ve made this many times and fall in love, even more, every time. Like most chili recipes, this is a perfect make-ahead meal. Letting the chili hang out in the fridge for a day or two just helps to bring out even more smoky flavor.
