In a hot pan melt the butter then add in the shrimp to cook over MED-HIGH heat. Use a spoon or spatula to keep the shrimp moving. If too much liquid comes out just drain the liquid out of the pan and carry on sautéing. They should cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
