Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Sprinkle the chicken seasoning all over the chicken breasts. Press down so that the seasoning sticks to the chicken.
Cover with plastic wrap and let season for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a cast-iron pan on MED-HIGH heat. Unwrap the chicken and add to the pan. Sear both sides.
