The Dip:

butter

flour

half and half

package Black Pepper Boursin

shredded sharp cheddar
1/4

chopped pickled jalapeños
The Toppings:
cilantro
chopped
pickled jalapeños
tomatoes
chopped
green onions
chopped
lots of tortilla chips
to dip
Instructions
Melt butter and flour in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Let cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Whisk in half and half.
Let cook, stirring often, until it thickens. It takes about 5 minutes.
Add the Boursin and stir until it melts.
Add the shredded cheese and stir until combined.
Stir in the jalapeños.
Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
Keep warm until ready to eat. Serve with chips, more pickled jalapeños, chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and chopped green onions.
