Wash your zucchini thoroughly and dry them so that you have a firm grip. Using a mandolin on the thin setting, slice them at an angle to get large chips
Place the zucchini chips in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss well to make sure that the chips are properly coated.
Lay the chips in a single layer on the bottom of your air fryer basket and fry at 350°F for 7-8 minutes. Remove the chips. Lay them on a plate to cool separately so they don’t steam and get soggy on top of each other.
