In a pan over medium heat, sauté the ground beef and corn kernels with the taco seasoning and a pinch of salt until brown, about 3-5 minutes.
Arrange the tortilla chips on a large sheet pan and cover with the ground beef and corn mix, then sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in the oven to bake for 5 - 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Take out the oven and top with diced tomato, red onion, avocado, jalapeños, and cilantro.
