Easy Green Goddess Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup mixed herbs like basil mint, dill, and chives
  • 2 stalks of spring onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cups olive oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until you get a nice smooth and creamy consistency. 
  • If the dressing appears too thick, add a small amount of water to thin it out.
