Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can corn kernels don’t drain the liquid
  • 14 oz can cream corn
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack Jiffy mix
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350f and spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Add the cans of corn and the liquid to a bowl. Then add in the eggs, sour cream, and melted butter and mix together until completely incorporated.
  • Pour in the Jiffy mix, cayenne, cheddar, spring onion, salt and pepper. Use a spoon to mix it all together.
  • Pour the whole mixture into the prepared casserole dish and bake in the center of the oven for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool a little before serving.
