scrubbed clean

olive oil

paprika

tsp
garlic powder

tsp
onion powder

dried thyme
salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat the oven to 375°F.
Halve the potatoes lengthwise then cut each side into 3 equal wedges.
Mix the spices, herbs, salt, pepper, and oil together in a bowl.
Coat the wedges in the seasoned oil mix.
Arrange the wedges on a baking tray. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
