Summer Dips and Appetizers

Summer Dips and Appetizers that are perfect for snacking and summer entertaining. Summer Dips and Appetizers

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip – A healthier take on the crowd favorite – ranch dip. This one is full of fresh herbs and made with Greek yogurt. This is also really great on a baked potato. I always keep some in my fridge for dipping red peppers. It’s one of my favorite snacks.

Hot Corn Dip – A crowd favorite, hot corn dip is addictive. Creamy, crunchy, and cheesy. All of the best qualities in an appetizer if you ask me. (This dip is one of the reasons why I freeze a ton of summer corn every August.)

Tomato Feta Dip – I got this recipe from a friend and am so glad that she shared it with me. I love to bring this to the beach to snack on and maybe have a cocktail. Okay, maybe more than one.

Hummus 3 Ways – I like to make my own, but I’m also not opposed to doctoring some store bought hummus. I like to make a big batch of hummus and top it different ways. It is great to have on hand when you need something quick to put out for guests.

Loaded Baked Potato Dip – Everything you love about a loaded baked potato in dip form. Serve with potato chips and a cold beer. It doesn’t really get better than this.
