Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the chickpeas in cold water to remove any loose skins. Drain the chickpeas and transfer them on a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
Transfer the chickpeas to the prepared baking sheet, then toss them with the olive oil, half of the paprika powder, and season with a pinch of sea salt.
Once the oven is hot, bake the chickpeas for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
