Marinated Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- marinated feta appetizer recipe2 blocks of feta cheese cut into small cubes you could also use crumbled feta
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- a dash of red pepper flakes I forgot to add them to my ingredient shot
- the zest of one lemon
- the juice of one lemon
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- This is less recipe and more method. Add the ingredients to a bowl.
- Cover the cheese with olive oil. Give it a taste. Does it need more lemon? Garlic? Salt or pepper? When you are happy with it, put in a bowl to serve and cover. When you are ready to serve, let it come to room temperature. You may need to season again after it has been chilled.
