- 1/2 pint black raspberries
- 1/2 pint red raspberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 vanilla bean seeded and scraped
- 3 Tablespoons sugar
Rinse the berries and put in an oven safe casserole dish. Add the vanilla bean and add the pod to the dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Give a toss.
Roast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. The berries will break down and make a thick syrup.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
