- 1 bunch asparagus
- Olive oil
- Borsari salt or regular salt and pepper
- balsamic vinegar
- parmesan cheese
Clean asparagus, and trim stalks. Heat grill to high heat. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Season with Borsari salt.
Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until they are lightly charred and still crisp.
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese.
