Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash and scrub potatoes until clean.
Pierce potatoes 6 to 8 times with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil.
Rub in with your hands or use a brush. Generously season with salt.
Bake for 75 to 90 minutes. The cooking time really depends on how large your potatoes are. Test with a fork for doneness.
Add the sour cream to a small bowl.
and Worcestershire sauce. Mix to combine.
Add garlic, dill, chives, parsley, salt, pepper. Mix to combine and cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
Slice potatoes in half and pinch sides to open. Add garlic herb sour cream and serve.
