Starbucks Irish Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2-4 pumps Irish Cream Syrup
  • Cold Brew Coffee
  • ice
  • Cocoa powder

Homemade Irish Cream Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Add heavy cream and powdered sugar to a cold bowl. Whip until it holds just holds shape.
  • Add ice to a tall glass. Add 2 pumps of Irish Cream syrup.
  • Pour cold brew 3/4 of the way.
  • Top with cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  • To make Irish Cream Syrup - Bring sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, almond extract, and cocoa powder. Whisk until combined. Pour into a bottle and store in the fridge.
