No Churn Salted Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 Tablespoons vodka
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
 

  • Whip cream until stiff peaks form using the whisk attachment on your electric mixer.
  • Add vanilla, vodka, cinnamon, salt, and whisk until combined.
  • Remove from mixer and gently fold in sweetened condensed milk. Be careful not to deflate the cream.
  • Gently spoon the mixture into a loaf pan or individual paper containers with a lid. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
