Chocolate Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients
  

For the cold brew:

  • ¾ cup cold brew
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

For the chocolate cream cold foam:

  • cup cold half & half
  • 1 tablespoon malted milk powder
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine cold half & half, malted milk powder, vanilla syrup, and cocoa powder into a French press.
  • Replace the lid and move the plunger up and down about 30 times until the mixture doubles in volume. Your chocolate cream cold foam is ready.
  • Add ice to a serving glass and vanilla syrup.
  • Add the cold brew.
  • Top the cold brew with the chocolate cream cold foam.
