Ingredients
For the cold brew:
¾
cup
cold brew
1
tablespoon
vanilla syrup
For the chocolate cream cold foam:
⅓
cup
cold half & half
1
tablespoon
malted milk powder
½
tablespoon
vanilla syrup
1
teaspoon
cocoa powder
Instructions
Combine cold half & half, malted milk powder,
vanilla
syrup, and cocoa powder into a French press.
Replace the lid and move the plunger up and down about 30 times until the mixture doubles in volume. Your chocolate cream cold foam is ready.
Add ice to a serving glass and
vanilla
syrup.
Add the cold brew.
Top the cold brew with the chocolate cream cold foam.
