In a bowl, mix together ricotta, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spread about 1/4 cup of the ricotta mixture evenly on the crust.
Sprinkle with cheese. Be generous.
Add broccoli pieces.
Grill over low heat. Cover and cook until the crust crisps up and the cheese melts.
Let sit for a minute before slicing. Otherwise, the cheese will ooze everywhere.
I like to sprinkle it with red pepper flakes and slice it.
