Ingredients
  

  • 10 hard boiled eggs peeled
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup white Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pickling spice
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 red onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pickling spice. Place it on the stove over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring to make sure the sugar dissolves.
  • Take the pot off the heat and add in the garlic and bay leaves. Leave the liquid to cool.
  • Place all of your peeled eggs into a large clean jar.
  • Stuff in the onions or other flavoring of your choice.
  • Pour in the pickling liquid and spices and seal the jar. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 days before eating.
