Delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen spinach defrosted and chopped
  • 1/2 can artichoke hearts drained and halved
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella grated
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the sliced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add the spinach and artichokes and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese in the spinach mixture and combine well. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve the creamy spinach and artichoke dip in small serving bowls and enjoy with your favorite kind of chips or bread!
