Delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

- 1 cup frozen spinach defrosted and chopped
- 1/2 can artichoke hearts drained and halved
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella grated
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the sliced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
Add the spinach and artichokes and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream and season with salt and black pepper.
Grate the parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese in the spinach mixture and combine well. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat until the cheese is melted.
Serve the creamy spinach and artichoke dip in small serving bowls and enjoy with your favorite kind of chips or bread!
