Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb cubed beef steaks cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup and water into a baking dish and whisk to combine.
  • Place the cube steak pieces into the baking dish and combine with the mushroom sauce. season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour until the meat is tender. Serve the baked cube steaks over rice or vegetables and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy!
