Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk any variety
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Then, take an 8x8-inch baking dish and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
