- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups brewed fruity herbal tea of choice chilled
- sweetener of choice to taste sugar-free recommended for keto
Combine chia seeds with water in a jar. Stir well to ensure the seeds are fully submerged.
Place the jar in the refrigerator and let the chia seeds soak for 1 hour, or until they have absorbed the water and formed a gel-like consistency.
In a large pitcher, mix the chia gel with the chilled brewed fruity herbal tea.
Add sweetener to your taste preference and stir the mixture until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
