Instructions
Combine chia seeds with water in a jar. Stir well to ensure the seeds are fully submerged.
Place the jar in the refrigerator and let the chia seeds soak for 1 hour, or until they have absorbed the water and formed a gel-like consistency.
In a large pitcher, mix the chia gel with the chilled brewed fruity herbal tea.
Add sweetener to your taste preference and stir the mixture until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
Refrigerate the tea for another hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the drink to chill thoroughly.
Serve the Low Carb Fruity Chia Tea in glasses over ice, if desired, for a refreshing and hydrating drink.
