Oven Baked Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 6 ounces tomato sauce
  • 20.5 ounces refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and refried beans into the skillet with the beef. Cook until the mixture is well blended and heated through.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Spoon the beef mixture into each flour tortilla, roll them up, and place them seam side down in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the tacos.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tacos are heated through.
  • Serve the tacos hot, garnished with diced tomatoes, onions, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
