Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts bone-in, skin on
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • Pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking dish with parchment paper. Add the dried oregano, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Stir until combined.
