  • 1 1/4 cups stone ground grits
  • 1 1/2 cups Pepper Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar Jack Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 eggs
