  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Fresh basil for garnish

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Gently pat the salmon steaks dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
