Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef 85% lean
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until just combined.

  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, pour the BBQ sauce into a saucepan and warm over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

  • Once the meatballs are done, transfer them to the saucepan and gently toss them with the BBQ sauce until they are well coated.
  • Serve the BBQ meatballs warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
