  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Slowly incorporate the Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and becomes smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to your liking.
