Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 1 lemon optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
