Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion roughly chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Pour in the lime juice, then add salt and pepper.
  • Stir well, taste, and adjust the seasoning. Serve right away or let it sit for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
