Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar divided
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place butter in a 9-inch square baking dish and set it in the oven to melt.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk 3/4 cup sugar, the flour, and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder until there are no lumps.
