Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan, or two 9-inch round cake pans.

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
