Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 can 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups plain dry breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oil in a deep-fryer or a heavy deep skillet to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
