  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon powdered keto sweetener

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet, drain on paper towels, and crumble.
