Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, chill the heavy cream until very cold.

  • Using an electric mixer, beat the chilled cream on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken and soft peaks form.

  • Reduce the speed to low and gradually add the powdered sweetener and vanilla extract to the cream.
    Pouring pure vanilla extract into the partially whipped heavy cream for keto whipped cream.
  • Increase the speed back to medium-high and continue to beat until the mixture is smooth and has reached a fluffy consistency, being careful not to overbeat as it can become buttery.
