Ingredients
  

  • 1 9- inch pie crust store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, and salt.
    Fine baking ingredients including flour, eggs, melted butter, and a mixing bowl for delicious baked goods.
  • Add eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and melted butter to the sugar mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top appears slightly golden.

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to fully set before serving.
