Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly pale.
