Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
