Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined.

  • Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
