Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine salt

  • In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream and buttermilk. Stir well to mix.
